Postdoctoral Associate, IRIS
Garrett is a postdoctoral associate at the Institute for Resilient Infrastructure Systems, working with professors Susana Ferreira and Craig Landry in the Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics. His research focuses on environmental economics and the economics of criminal justice, specifically using an equity framework to explore the distributional impact of public goods and policies. He works on several projects of various size and scope, but all have a common thread of nature-based solutions.
