Randall is a Survey and Instrumentation Professional for IRIS. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining IRIS in 2025, he spent several years working in the private sector as a Land Survey Party Chief for engineering firms, where he led field crews on large-scale boundary and topographic surveys as well as complex construction layout projects.

During his time in the private sector, he specialized in collecting accurate and precise field data to support land development, infrastructure, and construction initiatives. His work played a key role in delivering high-quality survey products that informed design decisions and supported efficient project execution. His expertise includes field instrumentation, data collection, quality control, and on-site coordination with engineers and contractors.

When he’s not in the field or the office, Randall enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, often outdoors or exploring new places together.
