Associate Professor, Odum School of Ecology & Director of Science, River Basin Center
Seth Wenger is an Associate Professor at the Odum School of Ecology and the Director of Science of the UGA River Basin Center. He holds undergraduate degrees in Environmental Science and English Communications from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania, and MS and PhD degrees in Ecology from the University of Georgia. After earning his PhD in 2006 he spent five years working for the nonprofit Trout Unlimited, first as a postdoc and then as a staff scientist, before returning to UGA. His research is a mix of landscape ecology, conservation biology, ecosystem ecology, ecohydrology, urban ecology, and quantitative ecology, mostly in freshwater systems and almost all highly applied.
